We currently ship within the United States USPS Priority with insurance. If you are located outside the U.S. please contact us.
Do not send us an item for return or repair without getting a return authorization number. Without it, the item will be returned to you unopened

We are proud of the merchandise we offer for sale and understand that it is sometime hard to be able to buy an item without seeing it in person.
Because of that, as part of our satisfaction guarantee, we will allow you to purchase an item and be able to return it within 3 days of when you receive it. Please notify us within 3 days, get a return authorization and simply mail it back to us. You may return it for a full refund (less shipping/ handling costs) or you may exchange it for another item..

Sale and special order merchandise are non-refundable.
When sending us merchandise, please package it carefully and safely using bubble wrap or a similar protector. Also, please put it into a box, just a padded envelope is not enough protection.
Also, please insure the item. We are not responsible if the post office loses or damages your item.

If you need one of our pieces repaired, please contact us for further assistance, because there may be a charge for the repairs. Repair fees are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
